Yield: 5 dozen
|½ cup||Whipping Cream|
|3 tablespoons||Granulated Sugar|
|8 ounces||Semi sweet chocolate chopped|
|¼ cup||Bailey Irish cream|
Combine cream, butter, and sugar in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate stirring until completely melted. Stir in Baileys. Chill mixture until firm about 4 hrs or overnight. Drop mixture into the coating of your choice and shape into balls and roll in the coating to cover thoroughly. Chill.
