Bailey's chocolate chip cheesecake

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
¼ cup SUGAR
6 tablespoons BUTTER
Preheat oven to 325-degrees.
Combine crumbs and sugar in pan. Stir in butter. Press into
Bottom and 1" up sides of pan.
Bake 7 minutes.
Maintain oven temperature at 325-degrees.
FILLING
2½ pounds CREAM CHEESE, room temperature
1⅔ cup SUGAR
5 EGGS, room temperature
1 cup BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM
1 tablespoon VANILLA
1 cup CHOCOLATE CHIPS
