Bagna cauda

Measure Ingredient
2 ounces Anchovies;rinsed
10 Garlic;minced;clove
¼ cup Butter
¾ cup Cream;whipping
1 cup Olive Oil
Salt;
Pepper;

Heat oil in saucepan, add garlic and ¼ cup cream.

Reduce heat to low, cook ½ hour.

Add anchovies, cook 3 minutes.

Add the butter and the rest of the cream, cook 5-8 more minutes, or until slightly thickened. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with sliced raw veggies or french bread.
