Bacon layered salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Head cauliflower
1 Head lettuce; torn
1 pack (10-oz) frozen peas
1 carton (8-oz) sour cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 pounds Bacon; cooked, crumbled

Separate cauliflower into flowerets. Layer lettuce, cauliflower & peas in that order in a 3-quart bowl. Combine sour cream & mayonnaise, mixing well.

Spread evenly over top, sealing to edge of bowl. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients in order listed. Cover bowl tightly & chill overnight. Yields 8-10 servings.
