|1 cup||Water (80-85 degrees)|
|2 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|⅛ teaspoon||Fresh garlic (I use crushed garlic sold by the jar)|
|2½ cup||Bread flour|
|1 dash||Italian seasoning|
|2 teaspoons||Yeast (or one packet)|

When dough enters Rise cycle, take out, flour lightly, place in large bowl and cover with very warm, damp cloth. Set in warm place to rise. Let rise for about 1½ hours.
Spread out, brush with olive oil, add toppings as desired. (Final sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese adds a great touch no matter what toppings you use.) Bake for 10-12 minutes on pizza stone pre-heated for 20 minutes in 475 degree oven.
