Avocado-bacon-swiss cheese omlet

Measure Ingredient
3 Eggs
3 tablespoons Half-and half
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Ripe avocado -- diced
1 ounce Swiss cheese -- grated
1 slice Crisp bacon
