Avocado crab dip

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Ripe avocados
Juice of 1 lemon
1 pounds Fresh or frozen crabmeat
2 tablespoons Chili sauce
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sour cream
2 tablespoons Chopped scallion
1 tablespoon Capers
½ teaspoon Salt
Black pepper
Tortilla chips

Mash avocado with lemon. Add crabmeat and mix gently. In a separate bowl, combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Fold in avocado-crab mixture.

Chill before serving with tortilla chips.
