Authentic new mexican salsa

Yield: 4 -6 serving

Measure Ingredient
1 gallon Whole peeled tomatoes
1 large Onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic; granulated
1 tablespoon Salt
1½ pounds Fresh jalapenos
½ cup Chile pequin
1 ounce Fresh cilantro

Combine all ingredients. Let marinate for several hours. Enjoy.
