Yield: 24 Servings
|1 cup||Vanilla wafer crumbs|
|1 cup||Pecans; chopped|
|1 cup||Confectioner's sugar|
|1½ tablespoon||Corn syrup; light|
|¼ cup||Rum; (or bourbon)|
|Confectioner's sugar; (extra)|
Combine all the dry ingredients and then add the corn syrup and rum. Form 1 tablespoon of the dough into a ball. Roll balls in extra powdered sugar.
Store in fridge.
