Yield: 6 Servings
|2 cups||Canned artichoke hearts; drained|
|2 cups||Button mushrooms; drained|
|2 cups||Cooked shrimp|
|1 medium||Onion; sliced thin|
|1||Bottle (large) Italian dressing|
Place all ingredients in a deep casserole dish & pour dressing over all.
Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours. Serve as hors d'oeuvre, in a salad separately or on a lettuce leaf.
