|2 cans||Artichoke hearts; chopped|
|1 cup||Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)|
|1 cup||Parmesan cheese|

Combine everything (I put this is a quiche dish or pie plate) and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and the top starts to lightly brown.
I serve it with Wheat Thins crackers.
This is ALWAYS the first dish gone at parties.
