Artichoke and antipasto-style pizza

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Mayo
¼ cup Parmesan -- grated
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 12" pizza crust
15 ounces Can artichoke hearts;
Drain -- quarter
⅓ cup Roasted red peppers -- slice, strips
1 cup Mozzarella -- shredded
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley -- chopped

Preheat oven to 450~. Combine mayo, cheese and pepper; spread over crust. Top with artichokes, red peppers and cheese. Bake 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley. Per Slice 320 Cal, 4 Gr Fat.
