Arabian squash

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds YELLOW SUMMER SQUASH --
GRATED
¼ teaspoon SALT
½ cup GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
⅓ cup COTTAGE CHEESE
2 EGGS
⅓ cup DRY BREAD CRUMBS
1 tablespoon MINCED PARSLEY
PEPPER
2 tablespoons BUTTER -- MELTED
½ CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED
2 tablespoons GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

Squeeze water out of squash. combine all ingredients except Parmesan and place in 1qt casserole. Top with cheese and bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour.
