Apricot-almond dressing

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Nakano natural rice vinegar
½ cup Apricot jam
2 tablespoons Sliced natural almonds

In blender process vinegar and apricot jam until smooth. Add almonds. Pour dressing over your favorite combination of fruits. No need to stir. Serves 8.
