Apricot dessert

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Box apricot Jello
1 can Crushed pineapple
2 Bananas, sliced
1 cup Small marshmallows
½ cup Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
½ cup Pineapple juice
2 tablespoons Flour
2 tablespoons Butter
1 large Package of cream cheese
1 carton Cool Whip

Mix Jello as usual, add next 3 items. Pour in a 8 x 13 inch dish, let set. Mix sugar, egg, juice, flour, butter and cook, then add cream cheese. Let cool then add Cool Whip, put on top of Jello when it is set. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 10-18-95
