Yield: 4 -6
|4 cups||Bread crumbs toasted.|
|3||Apples Grand smith; Pare, core, and slice thin, (up to 4)|
|1 cup||Brown sugar firmly packed.|
|¾ teaspoon||Nutmeg Ground fresh|

Place ½ of the apples in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with ½ sugar and nutmeg. Dot with ½ the butter. Add ½ the bread crumbs and cranberries.
Repeat: Ending with the crumbs. Dot with the butter and bake in pre heated 350F hot oven for 1 hour.
Serve hot with Lemon Pudding.
