Yield: 1 Servings
|4 tablespoons||Rice vinegar; (white or apple cider vinegar will do)|
|4 tablespoons||Fresh basil; minced|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|1 tablespoon||Ginger root; minced|
|1 cup||Unsweetened applesauce|
|1 tablespoon||Brown sugar|
|1 teaspoon||Chili sauce; (I used a red Thai variety from the supermarket)|
|1 teaspoon||Toasted sesame oil|
|Salt and pepper to taste.|
This dressing has only 1t of fat. It is a little unusual in texture. It was recommended for a cole-slaw type salad.
Just mix everything together.
