Apple tapioca

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Peeled, sliced apples
½ cup Brown sugar
¾ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Instant tapioca
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup Boiling water

In medium bowl, toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and tapioca until evenly coated. Place apples in slow cooker. Pour lemon juice over top.
