Apple nut cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Cooking oil
2 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
3 cups All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
3 cups Apples -- diced and peeled
1 cup Pecans -- chopped

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Beat in flour, salt and baking soda. Fold in apples and pecans. Place batter in 13 X 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
