Apple meat loaf

Yield: 6 sweet ones

Measure Ingredient
2½ pounds Lean beef; ground
1½ cup Prapared stuffing mix
2 cups Apples; finely chopped
3 Eggs; (or egg substitute)
2 teaspoons Salt; (or to taste)
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard;
1 large Onion; minced
3 tablespoons Prepared horseradish;
¼ cup Catup;
