¼ cup Apple juice; frozen concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons Finely shredded apple
3 tablespoons Light sour cream
3 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
