Apple butter 5

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
18 cups Apple pulp
1 cup Apple cider vinegar
8 cups Sugar; if apples are tart
Less if apples are sweet
4 tablespoons Cinnamon; or more if needed

Quarter apples and cook until mushy. Put through colander or food mill until you get 18 cups of pulp. Put all ingredients in saucepot and cook on medium for 3-4 hours, or til thickened, stirring frequently. Put in jars and seal immediately.
