Amerigos' primavera sauce

Measure Ingredient

¼ cup Butter
1 small Onion -- chop
1 Carrot -- dice
3 ounces Mushrooms -- slice
¼ cup Broccoli florets
¼ pounds Cauliflower florest
3 cups Light cream
Pasta -- cook al dente
Parmesan -- grate

In a sauce pan heat butter. Saute onion, carrot, mushrooms and simmer 3 minutes. Add broccoli and caulflower; saute for 1 minute, then add cream. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour onto pasta and add parmigiano.
