Yield: 6 servings
|¼ cup||Quick cooking tapioca|
|2½ cup||Orange juice|
|1 cup||Orange sections|
|¼ cup||Cut up dates|
|¼ cup||Flaked coconut|
Mix sugar, tapioca, salt and orange juice in 2 quart saucepan. Let stand five minutes. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cool slightly, stir in orange sections and dates.
