Yield: 2 Servings
|4||8-ounce salmon fillets or steaks|
|½ cup||Thick and spicy BBQ sauce|
|¼ cup||Horseradish sauce|
1) Mix BBQ and Horseradish sauce together 2) Grill one side of the salmon on a well oiled grill 3) After turning over baste cooked side with sauce mixture.
4) Before taking off the grill flip again and baste the other side of the fish
Suggested Wine: A berry lager or sweet red wine NOTES : Try this sauce on skewered shrimp or other types of seafood.
