|¼ cup||Cider vinegar|
|½ cup||Parmesan cheese -- grated|
|1 tablespoon||Garlic salt|
|1½ cup||Sour cream|
In a mixing bowl, combine milk, buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar, Parmesan cheese, pepper, and garlic salt. Mix well with wire whisk.
