Yield: 6 servings
|1 pounds||Ground beef|
|¼ cup||To 1/2 c dry wine|
Place a little salt in the fry pan and fry ground beef - no oil is necessry. Drain off all fat. Add chopped vegetables. (Amount may be adjusted to personal preferences) Add enough water to cover, then the wine, thyme and paprika. Simmer for about an hour. Add more water if necessary. Thicken if desired with desired flour.
