All meat filling

Measure Ingredient
2½ tablespoon Butter/oil
1 medium Onion finely chopped
¾ pounds Lean ground beef/lamb
Salt and pepper
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon or 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
⅓ cup Pine nuts optional

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry onions until transparent. Add the meat and fry it, tossing it and squashing with a fork, until it changes color. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cinnamon and stir in the optional pine nuts. Moisten with a few tablespoons of water and cook gently, covered, until meat is very tender.
