Acorn squash bake

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Acorn squash,cut in half
½ teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Butter or margarine
⅓ cup Dry white wine
⅓ cup Honey

Heat oven to 400'. Cut thin slices from bottoms of squash halves so they will stand upright. Place in ungreased baking dish, 14x9x2 inches. Sprinkle cut sides of squash with salt. Place 1 tablespoon butter in each squash cavity.

Mix wine and honey; pour into squash cavities, filling each about ¾ full. Bake uncovered until tender, about 60 minutes.
