|1 pack||(Small) vanilla pudding (NOT INSTANT)|
|1 can||(Large) pineapple chunks in own juice; drain and save juice|
|1 can||(Large) chunky friut; drain and save juice|
|1 can||Mandarin oranges; drained|
|3 mediums||Bananas; sliced|
Measure pineapple juice and chunky fruit juice to equal 1½ cup and add to pudding mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Cool slightly. Pour over fruit and refrigerate. This can be made a day ahead; bananas will not turn black.
