Yield: 12 Servings
|1½ cup||Butter or margarine|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon extract|
Cream sugar and shortening together; beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time; beat well. Add flour; beat in extract and 7 Up. Pour into well greased and floured bundt or tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1-¼ hours.
