7-up cake

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Box yellow cake mix
1 Box instant pudding; vanilla or pineapple
4 Eggs
¾ cup Oil
1 can (10 oz) or 1 1/4 c. 7-Up
2 Eggs
1½ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
1 Stick melted margarine
1 cup Crushed pineapple including juice
1¼ cup Coconut

PINEAPPLE ICING

From: rayna knighton <rayna@...> Date: Wed, 10 Jul 1996 07:16:22 +1200 Beat first four ingredients until light and fluffy. Add 7-Up and beat well. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is baking, make Pineapple icing: Blend first five ingredients and cook until thick, then add coconut. Frost cake while it is still warm.
