Yield: 4 servings
|1||(17 oz.) can cream style corn|
|½ teaspoon||Onion salt|
|¼ cup||Corn flake crumbs|
|¼ cup||Shredded Cheddar cheese|
Combine corn, milk, egg and onion salt in 1 quart casserole. Combine cornflake crumbs and cheese; spread over the corn mixture. Cook in microwave on cookmatic level 5 (slo cook) for 15-18 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. You may wish to turn dish halfway through cooking time.
