Measure Ingredient
6 larges Eggs
½ cup Heavy cream
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
4 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
(1 c.)

Beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper in medium-size bowl until smooth.

Stir in chopped chilies. Sprinkle cheese over bottom of lightly greased shallow baking dish; pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven 25 minutes or until set.
