Measure Ingredient
1 large Can tomato juice
2 cans Tomato paste
1 large Onion, grated
1 Stock celery, grated Parsley leaves, grated
½ can Grated Parmesan cheese Vegetable oil
2 pounds Ground beef and 1/4 lb. pork sausage
1 Kernel garlic and 1 onion
4 Eggs
2 slices Bread, cut up
¼ can Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce: Saute - oil, grated onion, celery and parsley until done, but not too brown. Add tomato paste and simmer, then add tomato juice.

Meatballs: Mix ground beef, pork sausage, garlic, onion, eggs, bread and Parmesan cheese together and form balls. Fry in oil. Add to the prepared sauce and simmer for 1½ hours.

Serve over spaghetti.
