|1 large||Can tomato juice|
|2 cans||Tomato paste|
|1 large||Onion, grated|
|1||Stock celery, grated Parsley leaves, grated|
|½ can||Grated Parmesan cheese Vegetable oil|
|2 pounds||Ground beef and 1/4 lb. pork sausage|
|1||Kernel garlic and 1 onion|
|2 slices||Bread, cut up|
|¼ can||Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste|
Sauce: Saute - oil, grated onion, celery and parsley until done, but not too brown. Add tomato paste and simmer, then add tomato juice.
Meatballs: Mix ground beef, pork sausage, garlic, onion, eggs, bread and Parmesan cheese together and form balls. Fry in oil. Add to the prepared sauce and simmer for 1½ hours.
Serve over spaghetti.
