1 cup Butter
2 Green peppers
4 Onions, large
12 Celery stalks
4 quarts Tomatoes
4 tablespoons Angnostra bitters
4 cups Red wine
Salt and pepper to taste
8 Bay leaves
4 teaspoons Thyme
4 tablespoons Olive oil, extra virgin
2 teaspoons Garlic powder
4 cans Mushrooms
4 cans Tomato paste, 6 oz
4 tablespoons Worcestershire
4 tablespoons Sugar
4 cups Water
2 teaspoons Celery seed
2 teaspoons Paprika
4 teaspoons Marjoram

Bring to boil. Simmer, covered, 4 hrs. Uncover and simmer TWO DAYS, not a minute less.
