12-hour crocked chili

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Fat-trimmed lean beef stew meat in 1/2-inch cubes
1 can (6-oz) tomato paste
2 Onions; finely chopped
2 Bell peppers; seeded and diced (up to)
2 Cloves garlic; minced (up to)
4 teaspoons Chili powder (or combine 1 minced small hot pepper; 2 teaspoons cumin seed or 1 teaspoon ground cumin; and 1 teaspoon dried oregano)
1 teaspoon Plain cocoa powder; optional
4 servings, 240 calories each.
