Measure Ingredient
1 (1 lb.) pkg. fresh carrots
¼ pounds Velveeta cheese
1 Stick butter or oleo, melted
2 slices Toasted bread

Peel and slice carrots; cook until tender. Melt together Velveeta and ⅔ of butter; mix with carrots. Cut toast into cubes. Melt remainder of butter and toss cubes. Combine with carrots.
