Yield: 4 servings
|½ cup||Cheese Whiz|
|1 tablespoon||Butter or margarine|
|1 tablespoon||Cheddar Cheese, shredded|
|¼ teaspoon||Ground nutmeg|
|4 eaches||Baking potatoes|
Arrange cauliflower in ungreased rectangular baking dish, sprinkle with ham. Combine cheese whiz and milk until smooth, pour over ham.
Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly, sprinkle over cheese mixture.
If recipe is doubled, use 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup instead of Cheese Whiz.
This should micro-cook on high, covered for 5-6 minutes, uncovered for 3-4 minutes. Micro-cook potatoes before casserole and keep warm wrapped in foil.
To Oven Bake: Bake at 400 degrees F until topping is golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Put potatoes in oven, pricked, with casserole.
Serve with fresh fruit.
