|½ ounce||Mustard seeds|
|½ ounce||Black onion seeds or -|
|Raw sesame seeds|
|½ ounce||Fenugreek seeds|
Combine all seeds for a nutty flavored mix. Use mix, toasted, to flavor rice, beans or vegetable dishes.
For example: to spice up 4 cups of cooked rice, toast 2 tbsp. seed mix in 1 ts cooking oil, over low heat, about two minutes or until seeds are slightly browned. For an elegant side dish, add ½ cup raisins and ¼ cup coconut.
