| 2 larges | Onions -- chopped |
| 1 pounds | Mushrooms -- chopped |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | Cloves Garlic -- minced |
| 3 cups | Chicken Broth |
| 1 cup | Water |
| 1 teaspoon | Italian Seasoning |
| 3 tablespoons | Yogurt |
Heat the margarine in a saucepan. Add onions and saute until golden.
Add mushrooms, salt, and garlic and cook for 3 mins, stirring occasionally. Add broth and water and cook for 30 mins, stirring occasionally. Before serving place ½ Tbs. yogurt in each soup plate, pour soup over it and mix.
