Measure | Ingredient |

2 pounds | Zucchini, thinly sliced |
½ pounds | Onions, thinly sliced |
¼ cup | Salt |
2 cups | Sugar |
2 cups | Cider vinegar |
½ teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
2 teaspoons | Mustard seed |
1 teaspoon | Celery seed |
1 teaspoon | Tumeric |
Cover zucchini and onions with water and ¼ cup salt. Soak for 2 hours and drain. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil and pour drained vegetables. Let stand for 2 hours. Boil 5 minutes and jar.
