Zucchini meat loaf

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Zucchini; grated
1 pounds Turkey; ground
1 medium Onion; chopped
½ cup Combined red and green peppe
2 cups Bread crumbs
1 \N Egg white
1 can Tomato paste; (6 oz)
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Tarragon
1 tablespoon Basil
½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 cup Cheddar cheese; grated

Recipe by: Complete Taste Of Life Preparation Time: 0:30 Preheat oven at 350. Prepare loaf pan with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine zucchini, turkey, onion, peppers, bread crumbs, egg white, tomato paste, parsley, tarragon, basil, and black pepper. Press mixture into prepared pan and cover with foil. Bake for 1¼ hours.

Sprinkle cheese over the top. Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes.
