| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 6 cups | Zucchini; chopped, up to 8 |
| 1 large | Onion; chopped |
| 1½ cup | American cheese; shredded |
| 1½ cup | Bisquick |
| 3 | Eggs |
| ½ cup | Oil |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | Oregano |
Mix all ingredients except eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Pour into large casserole or 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
