|40 larges||Mushrooms, stems removed|
|300 grams||Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained|
|2 eaches||Green onions, finely chopped|
|1 each||Red pepper, finely chopped|
|1 large||Carrot, grated|
|⅔ cup||KRAFT three cheese Ranch dressing|
Wash mushrooms, pat dry and set aside. Mix remaining ingredient together, stuff mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Mkes 40 pieces.
