| 1½ | Lbds ground chuck |
| ½ pounds | Sausage; (regular) |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | Egg; (slightly beaten) |
| 1 tablespoon | Worchestershire sauce |
| 1 medium | Size onion; chopped |
| 1½ cup | Bread crumbs |
| ⅓ can | Diced Ro*Tel Tomaotes and green chilies |
| 1 teaspoon | Accent |
OPTIONAL
Mix together in a large bowl:
Form into loaf. Put in loaf pan. pour remaining RO*TEL on top. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
