|3||Plum Tomatoes; finely diced|
|¼ cup||Chopped fresh cilantro|
|¼ cup||Minced white onion|
|¼ cup||Sour orange or lime juice|

Combine all the ingredients and let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.
