Tear lettuce up into a bowl, add onion. Beat 2 eggs well; add a can of Milnot and 1½ tb of vinegar. Put im a small pan on the stove; add 2 tb of bacon drippings. When hot, add the egg mixture. Cook until egg mixture thickens. Pour over lettuce. Yum! Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 10-14-94
