Wild rice/rice and chicken combo

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cooked wild rice
2 cups Cooked basmati or your favorite white rice
1 \N Handful raisins (dried cranberrys) added to the water as it begins to simmer
¼ cup Each chopped onion (optional) and chopped celery, sauteed
½ cup Chopped mushrooms (up to 1)

Mix all cooked ingredients and add enough cream and chicken broth to saturate well. Salt & pepper as desired. Bake @ 350 *F for 30 minutes. I serve this with baked chicken, or with leftover chicken that has been chopped and added to the rice mixture upon baking.

This should feed 4 - 8 people, depending on serving size and other foods that accompany your meal.
