1½ teaspoon | Grated lemon rind |
2 tablespoons | Fresh lemon juice |
4 cups | Honeydew balls or cubes |
4 cups | Cantaloupe balls or cubes |
1 cup | Seedless green grapes |

In a shallow serving bowl, dissolve sugar in a mixture of wine, lemon rind, and lemon juice, stirring constantly. Gently add fruit. Chill two hours, tossing occasionally.
